Tracy Adams MS, CCC-SLP
Tracy is an ASHA certified speech language pathologist, licensed to practice in the state of Oregon. She has over 13 years of experience working in a variety of settings across the country. She particularly enjoys working with children who are not yet talking and children who have feeding difficulties. Tracy has a broad background in working with children who are diagnosed or suspected of being on the autism spectrum. More recently, Tracy has been revisiting interests in literacy intervention. Tracy’s approach to intervention is family focused and collaborative in nature.
Tracy is always seeking new ways to grow professionally. She is trained in a number of interventions for autism including HANEN More Than Words, TEACCH, SCERTS, and STAR as well as being trained in administration of the ADOS and the STAT. While not formally trained, she is familiar with the Early Start Denver Model and Floortime. She has also been involved in autism pilot programs in two different states. Tracy has attended a number of different trainings for helping children with feeding disorders and has attended advanced training in the SOS Approach to Feeding. She is a certified HANEN It Takes Two to Talk provider.
